Arrae Studio is led by Michelle Wajs, a brand designer with over six years of experience working across property, hospitality and the built environment.

Known for her attention to detail and highly considered approach, Michelle believes great design should do more than create a good first impression. Every decision, from positioning and messaging through to typography and user experience, is made with purpose and designed to support a meaningful outcome.

Having worked with both boutique businesses and larger organisations, Michelle understands the frustrations that often come with traditional agency structures. Small changes become lengthy processes, communication gets diluted and projects lose momentum.

Arrae was built as an alternative. Every project remains agile, collaborative and directly connected to the person responsible for the work, creating a more transparent and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
