Marella

Marella, a boutique apartment building by the beach in Broadbeach, Gold Coast and one of thirteen brandmarks we created for Mosaic Property developments across South East Queensland. Each identity needed to be unique, and for Marella we looked to the building’s defining architectural detail — a façade of three flowing, rolling lines. This feature became the foundation for the brandmark, creating a visual link between the architecture and the identity. Applied across building decals and amenities, the mark reinforces a cohesive connection from brand to build.
