Florence

Florence is a boutique apartment building on the Burleigh Heads esplanade by Mosaic Property Group. As one of thirteen brandmarks we created for Mosaic’s developments across South East Queensland, it was important that each identity felt distinct. For Florence, we drew inspiration from the building’s flowing architectural lines and the sense of movement within its name. The result is a refined linear mark that embodies elegance and ease, applied across building decals and amenities to create a subtle yet distinctive connection between brand and architecture.
